Easter trip to Wales

View of sugar loaf mountain from the peak of blorange mountain

Over Easter, I went on a hiking trip in Abergavenny before staying at a Buddhist retreat. I decided not to take any photographs during the trip, but to only make sketches instead. It was interesting to decide which views I felt were worthy of recording via sketching, and I found that they were different things than I would have usually photographed. These are the sketches that I made during the trip. There was one other sketch that I made of a Buddha rupa, but I left it behind as an offering to the shrine at the retreat center. I might create paintings from these sketches at a later date.
